Julie’s Story
Julie Johnson was elected to serve in the Texas House in 2018, becoming the first Democrat to hold District 115 in four decades. Now, she serves as the Vice-Chair of the Women’s Health Caucus, Treasurer of the House LGBTQ Caucus, and as an Executive Board Member of the House Democratic Campaign Committee.

As Texans, we all share a core set of fundamental values. Texans work harder than anyone to get ahead and provide for our families. We all want to send our kids to the best and safest schools. And everyone wants the opportunity to see a doctor without the government violating our privacy.
